This policy explains what information Crypto Renegades ("we", "us") collects through cryptorenegades.co, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you apply for a fit call, book a call or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, your country or region, and your answers about experience, available time, the capital you can set aside, platform access and goals.
Booking information. When you book a call on this site, your application answers and the time you choose are stored in our customer relationship platform, GoHighLevel (operated by LeadConnector), which also holds our calendar. We use them to confirm the call, send reminders by email (and by text message only if you agreed), let you reschedule or cancel, and prepare for the conversation.
Usage information. Our own analytics record the pages you visit, the page that referred you, campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), your approximate location at country and region level, and your device and browser type. We link these visits with a random visitor identifier stored in a first-party cookie. We do not use it to identify you on other websites.
Advertising and analytics tools. If we enable Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, those providers may set their own cookies and receive information about your visit under their policies.
How we use it
- To evaluate whether the program is a fit and to prepare for your call
- To contact you about your application, booking or message
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site, and to improve them
- To protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse
- To meet legal and tax obligations
We use your information to evaluate fit and contact you about your booking. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who help us run the site and the business, under agreements that limit their use of it: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), customer relationship management and scheduling (GoHighLevel), video hosting (Vimeo), email delivery, and analytics or advertising tools when enabled. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep application and booking records for as long as they are useful for the relationship and our legitimate business records, and analytics data for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to us through the contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
The site and the program are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
